Overview and Features
P2P Accounts Production is the first of a new generation of accounts production
products. Written from the ground up it represents the bringing together of years
of experience in the accounts production market. P2P Accounts Production is part
of the same practice database as P2P DRIVE CRM.
P2P Accounts Production is designed to make the preparation and production of
accounts a simple, fast and efficient process. Compliant accounts are produced with
supporting schedules and, where appropriate audit working papers.
The product shares the DRIVE centralised database of clients so that the status
of the accounts production process can be monitored. The DRIVE communications system
enables follow-up action to be recorded and users alerted and clients can be e-mailed
with the status, queries and details.
Trial Balance
 The trial
balance gives a view of both the current and comparative figures. Each account can
be drilled down to the source. Also, each account can be viewed as a bar chart over
6 years, 12 months or the account periods. Groups of accounts can also be viewed.
A group of accounts is analysed by account in a pie chart. The Accounts Status with
the task in hand is also shown.
