for clients or business. The Compliance Diary will automatically list all events
such as Annual Returns, Accounts and AGM's due. Using the Event Wizard, the software
will generate all documentation surrounding an event such as the Appointment of
an officer.
The package has an excellent alert screen, which will highlight all returns that
are falling dues for your clients. It automatically roles on the dates when you
complete a return and it also calculates late filing fees and penalties and will
show the total dues for each return.
If you are unsure of a companies next annual return date you can simply click on
a button with the software and it will automatically do an online search and retrieve
the companies next annual return date from the CRO’s database and compare
that with what you have in your own database.
Relate are constantly updating the product with latest compliance requirements and

Relate Company Secretary will allow accountants to electronically lodge Annual Returns
on behalf of their client without the need for the client's signature. The Return
will be lodged immediately and a receipt notice will issue within minutes from the
CRO. Relate filed the first ever electronic B1 to the CRO and 63% of all E-filed
returns are lodged by firms using Relate.
As the CRO continues with its policy of “going online” Relate will keep
its clients updated with any new development. With the arrival of Relate Accounts
Production should the CRO begin to accept accounts in XBRL relate will be there
with the relevant update to allow users to lodge accounts electronically
